Timberline Retreat: Peaceful Upscale Prescott Getaway

Before booking our Luxury Retreat home, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay: Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment. Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. The city has a noise ordinance of 9PM, Keep noise levels to a minimum, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking - For the comfort and wellbeing of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. Guest Limit - The home is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit of 12 to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Additional guests may be communicated and agreed upon prior to your arrival and will incur a $25 per person, per night fee. Check-In and Check-Out Times - Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Pets: An additional fee applies for pets, so please include them in your reservation if you plan to bring any. Do not leave pets unattended and please make sure pets stay off the furniture. Out of respect for our home and future guests, pets are not allowed to urinate or defecate in the home and guests are responsible to ensure all pet waste is picked up from our yard prior to your departure. Please note that a $100 fee will be charged for any pet waste left in the yard and a $250 fine for any pet waste/urine found in the home. Fire Restrictions: Arizona observes fire bans during wildland fire season. Local restrictions may prevent the use of fire pits during this time. Please do not start fires during these restrictions. We do not include firewood as an amenity, but you may purchase firewood at Fry's Grocery/Gas Station. Amenities: If you run out of amenities, (coffee, toilet paper, etc…) please contact Hometown Hosts during normal business hours for replenishment. Cooling/Heating: The home is equipped with temperature controls to prevent damage and frozen coils to our HVAC system. In the summer, the cooling setting is 74°F, and in the winter, the heating setting is 70°F. Please ensure that windows and doors remain closed while the heating and air conditioning are in use. Checkout Instructions: Please leave the beds unmade, place towels in front of the washing machine, run the dishwasher, pick up pet waste from the yard and remove all food from the fridge, disposing of trash in the bins in the garage. We have a $100 fine for leaving pet waste in the yard. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking platform for details.
